Interacting vector fields in Relativity without Relativity

چکیده

Barbour, Foster and Ó Murchadha have recently developed a new framework, called here the 3-space approach, for the formulation of classical bosonic dynamics. Neither time nor a locally Minkowskian structure of spacetime are presupposed. Both arise as emergent features of the world from geodesic-type dynamics on a space of 3-dimensional metric–matter configurations. In fact gravity, the universal light cone and Abelian gauge theory minimally coupled to gravity all arise naturally through a single common mechanism. It yields relativity – and more – without presupposing relativity. This paper completes the recovery of the presently known bosonic sector within the 3-space approach. We show, for a rather general ansatz, that 3-vector fields can interact among themselves only as Yang–Mills fields minimally coupled to gravity. Bulk Viscous Bianchi Type VI0 Cosmological Model in the Self-creation Theory of Gravitation and in the General Theory of Relativity

In the second self-creation theory of gravitation and in the general theory of relativity, Bianchi type VI0 cosmological model in the presence of viscous fluid is studied. An exact solution of the field equations is given by considering the cosmological model yields a constant decelerations parameter q=constant and the coefficients of the metric are taken as A(t)=[c1t+c<su...

Massive Gauge Fields and the Planck Scale

The present work is devoted to massive gauge fields in special relativity with two fundamental constantsthe velocity of light, and the Planck length, so called doubly special relativity (DSR). The two invariant scales are accounted for by properly modified boost parameters. Within above framework we construct the vector potential as the (1/2, 0) ⊗ (0, 1/2) direct product, build the associated f...

Einstein structures on four-dimensional nutral Lie groups

When Einstein was thinking about the theory of general relativity based on the elimination of especial relativity constraints (especially the geometric relationship of space and time), he understood the first limitation of especial relativity is ignoring changes over time. Because in especial relativity, only the curvature of the space was considered. Therefore, tensor calculations should be to...

Constraints on total conserved quantities in general relativity

This note discusses the recent work of Huang-Schoen-Wang [13] on specifying total conserved quantities of a vacuum initial data set. 1 Conserved quantities in special relativity Conserved quantities in special relativity are associated with symmetry in the Minkowski space R. The isometry group of R consists of spacetime translations and Lorentz rotations. An infinitesimal isometry corresponds t...
